Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 and subsequent downsizing, Julie's resilience and expertise have remained steadfast. Transitioning back to the role of Senior General Manager, she continues to excel, contributing significantly to our team's success. Barbie

Barbie embarked on her baking journey at Panera Bread, where her passion for the craft first ignited. Once joining PR Restaurants in 2015 as a Baking Training Specialist, she swiftly ascended the ranks, achieving the role of Bakery Market Manager within a year, and Director of Bakery Operations just two years later.

In her current capacity, Barbie oversees bakery operations company-wide while remaining hands-on, stepping in during in-café bakes and aiding in the hiring process. Her progression underscores our dedication to internal promotion, bolstered by our advanced training initiatives.
