From Assistant Manager to General Manager, and further promoted to roles such as Delivery Operations Manager and District Manager, Julie's trajectory has been impressive.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 and subsequent downsizing, Julie's resilience and expertise have remained steadfast. Transitioning back to the role of Senior General Manager, she continues to excel, contributing significantly to our team's success. Erick

Erick's tenure with PR Restaurants, Panera Bread, commenced as a part-time associate in 2018. Within a month, his exceptional performance led to an Assistant Manager promotion. Recognizing his innate talent, Erick continued to excel, earning the role of General Manager in 2022. Today, he oversees all café operations, including hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day management.
